School & Mass Education
School & Mass Education Department was created as a separate Department in January
1993, to look into the issues pertaining to Elementary Education, Secondary Education,
Teachers Training, Sanskrit Education, Computer Education, Special Education and
Mass Education in the State.
The provision of funds for the development of these sectors is being made keeping
in view the availability of State resources for education sector and assistance
from the Central Government under various schemes.
Higher Education
In Rajasthan government’s higher education scholarship scheme 2019-20, the state
government will encourage the meritorious students who want to get higher education.
This scheme has the main object to provide help to financially weak students. The
students who completed studies till 12th but they need help money for higher education
then the Rajasthan government will provide incentives to such meritorious students.
Many meritorious students have received higher education with the introduction of
this scheme. After the launch of this scheme, many students have benefited from
this scheme and, this year too many students are waiting for it again. Application
forms will be available as soon as the academic session ends, after which students
can apply.
Labour & ESI
The scholarship scheme is a very prestigious opportunity for all of the people who
were finding it really hard to pay the fees of their schools. The Chief Minister
of Rajasthan state has launched a websites which are known as Integrated Rajasthan
State scholarship portal . This website will help people to avail scholarships and
benefits in a transparent manner. The main benefit which will be provided to each
and every student of Rajasthan state is the availability of financial funds that
will help them in carrying on their education
Skill Development and Technical Education
Rasjasthan State Scholarship Portal envisioned to bridge the gap between the scholarship
providers and scholarship seekers thus, encouraging more students to be in the system.
Six major department of the state have on boarded onto this common platform for
duplication and leakage free scholarship disbursal. The portal validates the applications
of the students online based on Aadhar Authentication. This is a one stop database
for scholarships and provides a transparent dashboard for institution and department
to check the status of the application. Through this portal the scholarship monies
can directly be disbursed to the bank accounts of the selected students.
